Nye regler for internationale varebiler

 

Fra den 1. juli 2026 træder nye EU-regler i kraft for varebiler over 2,5 ton, der anvendes til international godstransport. De nye regler betyder, at disse køretøjer fremover bliver omfattet af reglerne om køre- og hviletid samt krav om installation og brug af takograf.

Formålet med reglerne er at skabe mere ens vilkår i transportbranchen samt sikre bedre kontrol med arbejdstid, trafiksikkerhed og dokumentation ved international transport.

De nye krav indebærer blandt andet, at chauffører skal overholde regler for maksimal køretid, pauser og daglig hviletid. Derudover bliver det obligatorisk at registrere kørslen elektronisk via takograf og førerkort, hvilket giver myndighederne mulighed for at føre kontrol med, at reglerne bliver overholdt.

INTERFJORD A/S arbejder løbende på at tilpasse og optimere transportløsningerne i forhold til de nye krav. Det kan dog forventes, at reglerne kan medføre ændringer i planlægning af internationale transporter, herunder længere transittid og kapacitetsudfordringer.

All services by INTERFJORD are subject to the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015) and in accordance to the CMR-rules in force which are included in the convection on the contract for the international carriage of goods by road.

NSAB 2015:
All services rendered are subject to the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015). Under these conditions our liability for loss of, deterioration of or damage to goods is limited to SDR 8.33 per kg and our liability for delay is limited to an amount not exceeding SDR 50,000 per order. In connection with storage, the freight forwarder’s total liability for damage is limited to SDR 500,000 for any incident of damage occurred (clause 27).

Special attention is directed to the stipulations that claims against the freight forwarder are statute barred after one year (clause 30) and that the lien on goods (clause 14) applies to both current and previous claims. Claims for freight etc must be honored regardless of the terms of delivery under the contract of sale or freight agreement (clause 10). All transports are carried out according to the CMR-rules in force (convection on the contract for the international carriage of goods by road). Claims: by loss or damage the carrier and the insurance company are to be informed immediately.
